We may collect the following data depending on your use of the app: • Account data: Name (or display name), phone number, email (if available). • Login data: Via phone number (OTP), Google, or Apple (we do not collect your Google/Apple account password). • Location: Approximate or precise location during use to determine pickup/delivery points and improve service accuracy. • Order/trip data: Pickup and delivery points, order times, order status, order/trip history. • Driver data (for Drivers): Personal and vehicle data and uploading required verification documents (such as ID/licenses/insurance) if needed. • Device and technical data: Device type, operating system, IP address, notification token, and crash logs to improve performance. • Support data: Any information you send us when contacting support.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: • Create accounts, log in, and manage sessions. • Execute orders/trips, match riders with drivers, and send status notifications. • Improve the service and user experience, measure performance, and fix bugs. • Ensure security, prevent fraud, and verify driver identity when needed. • Comply with legal requirements and respond to legitimate official requests.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data only when necessary: • Between the rider and driver to execute the service (such as name/pickup/delivery point and basic vehicle data). • With service providers who help us operate the app (such as hosting, maps, notifications, analytics, and login via Google/Apple). • When there is a legal obligation or to protect our rights, user safety, and prevent fraud. We require service providers to use data only for providing the service as much as possible.
Data Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, such as: • Encrypting data in transit via secure protocols (HTTPS/TLS). • Restricting data access to authorized personnel only. • Continuous technical monitoring and security improvements. However, 100% security cannot be guaranteed for any online system.
Data Retention
